We asked of our clients that nothing is placed around, on top, or in front of the dumpster since this can cause safety issues with our sanitation specialists when they are picking up your trash.  

The lid to your dumpster should be closed at all times to discourage pests.

On the day of pickup please make sure that we have adequate access to the dumpster. 

For apartment buildings, we are able to leave a number of dumpsters in designated areas so that tenants can dispose of their trash in a safe way. These dumpsters are often left open but they have lids and can be closed if the owner prefers.
